Iberostar Miraflores stands out as one of the most comfortable hotels I've experienced in my travels. Impeccably clean, with friendly staff, breathtaking views, and a familial atmosphere. Special mention to Miladin Savich at the front desk, …
This place is perfectly located, with easy access to everything and very walkable to the best of Miraflores (waterfront, Maido, Rafael, JFK park and surrounding bar scene). We had an Ocean view Panorama room that had corner views to die for and had a great layout. The bed, pillows and linens are all great. People likening this to Holiday Inn have never stayed at that hotel. The breakfast is great, with eggs to order and nice standard spread, especially of fruit and fresh squeezed juice. There are also some tasty surprises at breakfast like a beef stew and roasted veggies. The roof bar is great, but the pool is more of a plunge than a pool (although the views make up for it). It also has a lively night scene on the roof, with DJs and a tapas bar. Despite the party up top, we did not hear anything in our room just a few floors down. We also were on a high floor during an earthquake, which gave a good scare, but--as one of the newest hotels in Lima--the building took it like a champ with no damage or cracking (how you build floor-to-ceiling windows that can take an earthquake is still an engineering marvel to me). The hotel is very accommodating too, extending our reservation without the need to change rooms when our plans changed and allowing us a late check-out with no additional charge. We also had a tour that departed prior to the restaurant opening for breakfast and the hotel prepared us a to-go breakfast with fresh juice, a ham and cheese sandwich and a variety of fruit. A+
Amazing service, only the best recommendations! Room was super clean during my whole stay, all of my stuff was beautifuly put into places, always had fresh towels, did not have to worry about anything. I would rate my stay 10 out of 10. Thank you very much!
It's all just a bit, Meh. First with all the good bits, rooms are nice and clean, and the shower is the best I experienced throughout our stay in Peru..The breakfast options are SO good, with freshly baked pastries for the win! BUT it is by no means worthy of the 5star rating the hotels carries. The hotel is a tower itself, so the reception area is always going to seem congested, what with a lounge/reception/restaurant/cafe/concierge/bathrooms all located on the 1st floor. Then you get to the top of said tower and find what is either the worlds tiniest pool, or the largest bathtub. If you choose to take a dip, be prepared to get VERY cosy with other guests in the hotel. The biggest BUT of all is the attitude of the staff... It's a 5 star Hotel, and it isn't cheap, so you'd expect friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff...Right? Not a ridiculous expectation? Instead you get front of house receptionists who think their running a private villa for royalty at which no one else is welcome. You ask them a simple question and they look disgusted at the idea of having to answer...Want to check-in? Be prepared to wait a solid half hour, and get zero eye contact from a single human being. It was all just a bit strange, we were mostly smiles, and love building a rapport with staff at hotels, especially as we stayed here twice (I know, I'm not sure why either), we just had no chance to do this cause they were all so moody.
Everything was good. Geraldine served us really well, we enjoyed food as well as drinks. Ribeye was very good ! Ambient atmosphere, well designed interior, clean and quiet. And they work late, unlike many other places..|Alexander Girin, the grateful customer)))
We are very happy each morning to be served by Erick, Katlyn and Samuel that are welcoming us always with smiles and a warm coffee. They are amazing! Breakfast is healthy with a lots of fruits and vegetables, different kinds eggs presentation and meat! Lovely place in Lima
We had a great stay at the iberostar. Angelo at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating upon arrival, helping us to print documents we needed for our trip that we forgot to pack with us. We were so grateful! The hotel is very nice and the shower was amazing. Love this location and would return next time we are in Lima!
Had dinner at Ortega & Huamán. Food was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. I asked way too many questions and our server Oriana answered everything. She was incredible. I highly recommend the restaurant and can assure you that if Oriana is helping you, you will have everything you need and more.
